AIZZENTEC ORION PRIVATE LIMITED is the Data Fiduciary responsible for your personal data. Contact us at Contact@aizzentec.com.
02What we collect
Your identity and contact details, usage and device data, and the content of any message you send us.
03How we use it
To operate this hub and deliver the resources you request, respond to enquiries, send our newsletter if you subscribe, measure and improve the site, and meet legal and security duties.
04Lawful basis
We process on your consent (Section 6) or on the legitimate uses listed in Section 7. Marketing and analytics rely only on consent.
05Sharing and processors
We share data only with processors who help us run the service, under contracts meeting Section 8(2). We never sell your personal data.
06Cross-border transfers
Some processors may store data outside India, which is permitted under Section 16; where an Indian region is available, we prefer it.
07Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose, or as required by law, and then erase it.
08Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal and nomination under Sections 11–14. We respond within 90 days (Rule 14).
09Consent and withdrawal
You can withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it — through the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.
10Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards aligned to Rule 6 to protect your personal data against breach.
11Grievance and the Board
Contact our Grievance Officer at Contact@aizzentec.com. If unsatisfied after exhausting our process, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under Section 13.
