About Aizzentec: DPDP and Cybersecurity Advisory in Chennai
Expert guidance. Measurable outcomes.
Why we built this hub
For most of our careers, we worked inside Indian banks, fintechs, healthcare platforms and SaaS firms — building security teams, running incident response, defending audits, and starting privacy programmes from scratch.
What we kept seeing was a mismatch: the laws were getting more demanding (CERT-In, RBI cyber-resilience directions, the IT Act, and now DPDP), but the advisory market was still mostly selling posters and policies — beautifully formatted documents that looked great in audits and did very little when something actually went wrong.
The DPDP Act passed in August 2023. The first wave of “DPDP readiness” decks had the same problem — long on framework, short on what to do on Monday morning. So we wrote our own playbook for clients. And then we thought: everyone trying to comply with this Act needs this — not just the firms that can afford us.
That’s why this hub exists. It’s the same material we use in paid engagements, made accessible, and presented without the consulting-deck theatre. You can use everything here without ever speaking to us.
What “done” means to us
Not certified. Not audit-ready. Defensible — meaning that if a regulator showed up tomorrow, or a breach happened next week, our clients can show what they did, why, and how it stood up to a reasonable test.
Practitioner over theorist
We build working systems, not shelfware. Everything here is the same material we use in paid engagements.
Senior on every call
The consultant who scopes your engagement leads the delivery. No bait-and-switch, no junior hand-off.
Scope over scope-creep
Written scope, deliverables, timeline and fee. You know exactly what you’re buying — no T&M creep.
Open access where it helps
You can use everything on this hub without ever speaking to us. If you want our help anyway, that’s what the services page is for.
Honest about uncertainty
Every claim cites the exact Section, Rule or Schedule. If we’re inferring, we say so explicitly.
Security and privacy as one practice
Every breach is also a privacy event; every DPDP control depends on security. Running them together is faster, cheaper and more honest.
AIZZENTEC Cyber
Where most clients first meet us. Hands-on, senior-led security work for Indian organisations — built around the risks Indian regulators and adversaries actually present. VAPT, red-team and adversary-simulation engagements.
AIZZENTEC DPDP Hub
The newer half of the firm — built specifically around the DPDP Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025. This hub is the public-facing window into what we do behind closed doors for our clients.
Eight editorial principles
Every claim about the law cites the exact Section, Rule or Schedule. If we can’t cite it, we don’t claim it.
Honest about uncertainty — if we’re inferring, we say so explicitly.
Every module ends with something tangible — a template, a checklist, a calculator, or a question to take to your team.
This hub is information, not advice. For your specific situation, a lawyer (or us, paid) can take responsibility for an opinion.
Plain language over legalese — written for the people who have to implement, not just cite, the law.
No consulting-deck theatre — long on what to do on Monday morning, short on framework padding.
Free where it helps the most organisations comply; paid where someone needs to own the outcome.
Confidential about everything client-specific; open about the method.
